Jessica Reddick

Jessica was born and raised in Nebraska and has lived in Ohio since 2005. In 2009 she began practicing yoga through videos she borrowed from the library, then moved on to a studio environment. Living and sharing yoga with others is very important to Jessica, which led her to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training program with Marni Task in 2010. Since then, she has completed an advanced teacher training program with Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci. Prior to that her education and employment were in the human services field. Although Jessica’s personal practice is Ashtanga, she teaches several styles of yoga and provides a practice that is accessible to everyone.  Jessica has been teaching at Climb Cleveland since 2017.

Lauren Nugent

Kentucky native Lauren began her yoga journey in 2011. After attending a few Hatha yoga classes, she noticed yoga’s positive impact on her well-being and by 2012, she was challenging herself with Vinyasa and Rocket classes nearly every day, along with restorative yoga classes. She was hooked! Lauren’s passion for yoga inspired her to pursue a teacher training program. In 2013, she received her 200-hour certification through It’s Yoga Firenze in Florence, Italy. This program introduced Lauren to the Ashtanga yoga primary series, and when she returned home, she enrolled in her local Mysore program. Since then, Lauren has studied with many excellent teachers, including Laura Spaulding, David Garrigues, and Saraswati Jois. She has been teaching Ashtanga and Vinyasa classes since 2013. In 2018, Lauren moved to Cleveland and joined the Climb Cleveland family.

Lydia Benson

Born and raised in Ohio, Lydia began taking yoga classes in 2014. She went to yoga to find a physical outlet, and found so much more. She noticed a positive change in her mental health, as well as her ability to focus, and her symptoms from a previous injury decreased greatly. By 2020 she obtained her 200-hour teacher training certification and started sharing yoga with the public. She feels inspired by the healing nature of yoga, on both mental and physical planes, and wants to spread her knowledge and love of yoga to all. She joined the Climb Cleveland team in 2021! Next on her docket is to complete a 500-hour teacher training certification and share that knowledge through her classes.

Annaka Silvia

Annaka is Ohio born and raised. She found yoga in 2012 and was surprised to feel so much peace and unity in her body and mind. That one class was the beginning of her yoga journey. From there on she continued her personal studies by reading as many books as she could.  As well as taking a variety of local classes in the hopes to deepen her knowledge and connection to yoga. She studied with Freia Ramsey under the T.K.V Desikachar lineage of Hatha yoga and graduated in 2021. She has been teaching yoga full time ever since. Annaka feels so strongly about the healing and unifying nature of yoga she has dedicated her will to teaching and sharing this knowledge with her students. In her classes you can expect to find modifications to poses that allow for beginner yogis and advanced yogis to gain something from every class.
