Climbers Recovery

Reset body and mind with this recovery practice. This class teaches students how to engage in self massage for a speedy recovery post climb. Learn simple techniques to address deep-seated tensions in the muscles using Myofacial tools. We incorporate slow intentional movements with a focus on breath control and release.

Rest & Restore
with Annaka
Restorative yoga moves through slow pose work. Each pose lasting 2-5 min allowing the body to fully relax into a supported space. All poses are adapted to the individual and made accessible with the use of props. Mindful guidance of the breath and simple meditative approach allows for a relaxing practice.
