Monday 6PM to 7PM

Vinyasa Flow with Lydia

In this dynamic and fast-paced vinyasa class, you will flow through challenging sequences designed to improve yoru strength and endurance. You’ll build muscle and improve your flexibilty. Some yoga experience recommended.

Tuesday 6:00PM to 6:30PM and 6:30PM to 7:00PM

Yoga for Climbers with Jessica

30 minute classes are the perfect compliment to your climbing. Develop hip, hamstring, and shoulder flexibility while improving balance to boost your climbing. All levels welcome.

Wednesday 6PM to 7PM

Yoga Foundations with Danielle

An accessible class for all levels. Yoga foundations is designed to teach students fundamental postures that help to build stability, balance and increase mobility.

Thursday 6PM to 7PM

Relax and Restore with Annaka

Restorative yoga moves through slow pose work. Each post lasting 2-5 minutes, allowing the body to fully relax into a supported space. All poses are adapted to the individual and made accessible with the use of props. Mindful guidance of the breath and a simple meditative approach allows for a relaxing practice.

Saturday 10:30AM to 11:30AM

Vinyasa Flow with Annaka

In this class, you’ll flow through a series of breath-synchronized postures and build strength and flexibility. Appropriate for all ability levels, our classes offer options for beginners and challenges for more advanced practitioners.

Sunday 6PM to 7PM

Candlelit Relax and Restore with Lydia

Welcome to your ultimate stretch and recovery class! Lydia will guide you through a sequence of gentle movements that focus on improving range of motion, restorative postures, breath work and meditation. Perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind.
