Vinyasa Flow with Lydia
In this dynamic and fast-paced vinyasa class, you will flow through challenging sequences designed to improve yoru strength and endurance. You’ll build muscle and improve your flexibilty. Some yoga experience recommended.
Tuesday 6:00PM to 6:30PM and 6:30PM to 7:00PM
Yoga for Climbers with Jessica
30 minute classes are the perfect compliment to your climbing. Develop hip, hamstring, and shoulder flexibility while improving balance to boost your climbing. All levels welcome.
Wednesday 6PM to 7PM
Yoga Foundations with Danielle
An accessible class for all levels. Yoga foundations is designed to teach students fundamental postures that help to build stability, balance and increase mobility.
Thursday 6PM to 7PM
Strength in Softness with Matthias
With rhythmic breathing as our guide, explore the meditative qualities of ashtanga yoga’s primary series. Find depth and strength through an orientation towards patience and gentleness. Enjoy the many benefits of marrying breath and movement. You might even see gains in your climbing.
Saturday 10:30AM to 11:30AM
Led Ashtanga Half Primary with Matthias
Enjoy the marriage of breath, movement, and meditation in this dynamic flow. This class can be as demanding or as gentle as you choose.
Sunday 6PM to 7PM
Candlelit Relax and Restore with Lydia
Welcome to your ultimate stretch and recovery class! Lydia will guide you through a sequence of gentle movements that focus on improving range of motion, restorative postures, breath work and meditation. Perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind.
