Everyone has to start somewhere.

Training is not one size fits all. Every person creates their own individual improvement plan, and can use our classes to create a plan that works for them. 

You too can climb, you just need to show up. Our classes are formulated for climbers of all levels. We want you to learn but we also want you to have fun! All classes are FREE besides the Bouldering Basics class.

All classes are on demand and must be signed up for ahead of time. We formulate each class according to the climbers skill level and knowledge. You can either call in to schedule, email us, or sign up at the front desk.

Class Descriptions

 

Bouldering Basics ($25 for members, $35 for non-members)

Learn how to climb and how to fall. In this class we will teach some basic bouldering techniques. This class is great for beginners and includes a day pass, and shoe rental.

 

Learn the Ropes

Anything and everything ropes and gear.

        • Lead climbing and belaying

        • Knots and rope management

        • Multi pitch rappelling
        • Multi pitch climbing

Crack Climbing Class

Learn a wide range of crack climbing techniques from beginner to advance. 

Heavy Hands Fitness Training

Great for core and shoulder strength. This off the wall training will improve your overall fitness to support climbing harder. 

Hangboarding

Finger strength. Come hang out with us.

    Class Prices

    Bouldering Basics – $25-$35

    This includes shoe rental (if needed) and climbing for the rest of the day.

    All other climbing classes are free with a day pass or membership.
